Tenth meeting.

1. Cite one experience wherein you have experienced negative peer pressure.

*When I dont know the people im working with.

2. How did you react to it? Why?

*Be myself, thats what I did. So I'll know if they can accept me for who I am.

3. How did you feel about your reaction/decision?

*nervous, coz' I was scared that they will not like who I really am.

4. What have you learned/realized from your experience?

*Be true to yourself. Its easy and its the right thing to do.

Eighth meeting.

*yes! Relieving.

Seventh meeting.

Self -evaluation

Review the results of your personal health assessment and write your realizations and plans about your health in your journal.

*I really dont want to smoke, but, sadly I learned and enjoyed smoking, but I'm minimizing it, and hopefully stop on that vece. Im not that hard drinker, I'm drinking alcoholic beverages only if there is an occasion.

Sixth week.

1. For one week, challenge yourself to:
a. Get high score in a quiz or seatwork,
b. To recite in class at least once in any courses;
c. To submit a quality assignment or requirement

Fifth week

1.Develop a double daily and weekly schedule.
a. Daily schedule includes time for rising in the morning, self preparations including meals/merienda, school hours, time for travel going to school, length of time staying at school, doing assignments, reviewing lessons or advance academic preparations, sports/ leisure and rest/sleeping.

b. Weekly schedule includes your class schedules, appointments/meetings, academic preparation.

2. On your journal, write an essay on the theme “The Most Challenging Thing I have ever Accomplished”. It describes your own experience of completing a task, given your full effort, dedication and determination. This could be about:

a) masterpiece (a painting, a poem, a short story, a song composition, etc.)
b) learned skills (driving, cooking, sports, playing musical instruments, and acting)
c) accomplishments (reaching peak of a mountain, an invention, fixing an appliances/electronic device, finishing trainings for high school cadet officer, etc.


*Graduating highschool, form me its the most challenging thing I've done. for 4 years i did not know if I will finish my H.S.. I think I'm Lucky that I'm in college now. I really dont take my studies seriousLy.

Fourth meeting

1. Looking back at the list of your positive characteristics and qualities, what do you feel and realize about it?


2. The Golden Rule says, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."
a. Given the following situations, how would you like to be treated by your teachers and schoolmates:


- when you have given wrong answers to the questions during recitation;

*Thank me coz atleast i tried.

- when you are expressing your opinion during class or group discussion;

*Listen to me and, if ever they have, give comments.

- when you are giving suggestions during group work or presentation;

*Listen to me.

- when you commit mistake;

*Dont discourage me or tease me.

- when you don't like doing what they ask you to do;

*Dont force me.

- when they want to give you comments or suggestions?

*Negative or positive i'll accept coz its their opinion.

b. Considering the given ideas on how to treat others with restpect what can you commit to yourself in terms of dealing with the MCL commmunity: teachers, students, employees, security, maintenance/janitors and canteen personnel?

*I'll show them respect like I do with my parents or other people.

Third Meeting

Second Meeting

How was your first week of stay at MCL?

*Im Like an alien.. i dont know anybody

How do you feel about your teachers and schoolmates? How do you find your courses? What sort of adjustment you still have to meet in terms of your academics, emotions and social involvement?

*the teachers are so but strict. My courses at first I thought it was easy, but i was wrong. I think I should improve my self confidence. Im not that good in bonding other people.

First Meeting

How does Values Education work to your advantage?
*To become, not only a intelligent, but also a good person.

After you have processed your first few experiences at MCL, in what way this will help you achieve successful adjustment in college?

*Now I know that being shy will not do me any good, I should learn to work with other people.
